Adult Programs

Psychiatric Treatment for Adults

Depression, anxiety and other mental disorders can make themselves known in various ways, and at varying levels of severity. Rockford Center offers a range of programs for adults, age 18 to 65, to meet these complex needs at all levels of severity. We have a multifaceted treatment approach, mixing evidence-based therapy modalities with expressive therapies like art and music therapy, and recreation activities like yoga, to kickstart the journey towards healing. We offer an Adult Psychiatric Inpatient Treatment program for individuals who have more acute behavioral issues or are experiencing a more severe emotional crisis. This program also has a co-occurring disorder track for individuals who are suffering from both mental health and substance use disorders.

For adults who don’t require an inpatient level of care, we offer two outpatient programs at our Rockford at the Orchards day facility. The Adult Day Treatment Program is designed for adults who’ve finished inpatient treatment but still require some structured care or may need more complex treatment than traditional outpatient care offers. We also offer a Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for those who need medically managed drug rehab and detox services in an outpatient setting.
